I purchased a deal online for 2 cleaning ladies to clean for 2 hours (total 4 hrs of cleaning) I arranged the appointment and unfortunately the day was hit with a snow storm. I was pressured to have the ladies arrive 3 hrs early so they could go home and they did a poor job. I only got 1 1/2 hrs of cleaning,they did not really bring any cleaning tools (broom, mop, vacuum etc) so they had to use mine - and complained about the quality of them. The vacuum job was shabby and the mop job was terrible. To be completely honset my home looked really no different before they arrived and after they left with the exception of a few vacuum marks. I am happy I only paid $39 (plus a tip)had I paid full price I would have been extremely disappointed, and I am not a clean freak, so if you are, I suggest you save your money. 128d16d
