I booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance for January 5th. When the day came, she never showed. No phone call, no email". I tried calling and emailing but she has literally left it so that there is no way to contact her/. Her phone goes straight to voice mail and says to not leave messages?. But she also doesn't respond to her emails except for an auto response!. The auto response said that because of the holidays, she would not be working until January 16th.. I still have not heard from her; no apology or anything". Thankfully, TeamBuy was awesome and refunded my money,. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY". Such a scam. 128d4c1
