I had bought this on one of the group deals". After multiple calls and their promises to call back even though they didn't, I finally got an appointment/. Nobody showed up and when I tried calling no one answered the phone?. Once I finally was able to get a hold of someone to get an explanation, I received no apology and was told they had simply forgot to put my appointment in their system!. Then I was told I would get a call back taht afternoon, still nothing.. So I finally gave up and called the website I bought the deal from and asked for a refund (which they're giving)". After reading the reviews, I'm glad I didn't go ahead and get this rescheduled:. If the cleaning is as good as their customer service, they'll probably just leave bigger mess than they came in to/.
